I managed to finally write a blog article again:
Embracing the e.V., featuring @Codeberg, @ubernauten and a little bit of #servfail

@ruhrscholz
Nice one. I've always loved Uberspace's concept. They really feel like a comfortable little company I'd like to do business with. We're hosting a Nextcloud instance there for our small group of old friends.
Every time they come up I'd love to use them, but I just can't come up with a use case. The only thing I could really use would be VPN tunnel and then using Uberspace as the bastion in front of my Homelab, but sadly WG doesn't work on their setup.
@mmeier I host everything mission-critical that does not need much storage there. That means various websites (for me and friends), my mail and a Baikal instance. Of course with regular backups, but I love them for stuff ther doesn't need that much storage but reliability and bandwidth.
@ruhrscholz @ubernauten Thanks for trusting us!
@Codeberg Thank you for providing this awesome service!
@ruhrscholz I guess there are multiple factors that led to you using our platform for this purpose, but it all boils down to one reason: It was DNS. *ba dum tss* ^n
@ruhrscholz @Codeberg @ubernauten Thanks for the info. I've signed up for desec. The only thing I hadn't migrated away from Amazon was my DNS hosting. Now I can look at doing that.
