No deep sea mining, trawling, drilling, fishing or whaling in intl waters. </p><p>We also need to realise that we are one species among countless others who rely on the interdependence and precarious balance that makes life possible. We cannot and have no right to disrupt this for either ourselves or any other species. We have no inherent right to exploit the ocean in a way that does so. We must stop, look, and think before we tread, and when we make our move, we must tread with care. </p><p>When I dive, I make sure not to smack into the reef or grab the first thing that I see. It's understood that we don't disturb the reef and leave no scar on the reef from our visit.
