Hey coders, don’t hide behind job titles!
Agile teams thrive when everyone is willing to step outside their role when needed. A little flexibility can go a long way in getting things done!

If your team rotates facilitators for their standups then ensure that the facilitator for a given day, knows that they will be doing that ahead of time. I've seen many teams who wait until they arrive in standup before deciding who will facilitate that day and that can cause significant, and completely unnecessary, anxiety in team members.

You can have a list of facilitators and rotate through them or you can simply ask at the end of today's standup who can facilitate tomorrow. Just always ensure that the person who will be doing it, knows ahead of time. #agile
